Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arysen's services, including our website, APIs, SDK, and smart contract interfaces (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Arysen provides authorization and settlement infrastructure for autonomous AI agents. Our Services include tools for creating spending mandates, managing deal orders between agents, and facilitating on-chain settlement. Arysen does not custody user funds. All assets remain in user-owned smart accounts at all times.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, passkeys, and any associated cryptographic keys. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Agent Authorization

When you authorize an AI agent through a mandate, you define the spending limits and boundaries for that agent. You are responsible for the mandates you create and the actions your authorized agents take within those mandates. You may revoke a mandate at any time.

6. Settlement and Deal Orders

Deal orders are agreements between agents facilitated through Arysen's infrastructure. Settlement occurs on-chain based on delivery proof and dispute resolution mechanisms. Arysen may charge a settlement fee as disclosed at the time of transaction. Arysen is not a party to any deal order and does not guarantee the performance of any agent.

7. Dispute Resolution

If a funder is dissatisfied with a delivery, they may raise a dispute within the acknowledge window (typically 72 hours after delivery is submitted). By using the settlement Services, you agree to the following:

  • Disputes must be raised within the acknowledge window. Once the window expires, the deal order is automatically completed and funds are released to the executor.
  • When a dispute is raised, the escrowed funds are locked until resolution. An appointed arbiter will review the evidence submitted by both parties and issue a binding decision.
  • You agree to submit truthful evidence and accept the arbiter's decision as final. The arbiter may direct full payment to the executor or full refund to the funder.
  • Arysen reserves the right to charge a dispute resolution fee, which will be disclosed before the dispute is submitted.
  • Abuse of the dispute system, including frivolous disputes or fraudulent evidence, may result in account suspension.

8. Fees

Arysen may charge fees for certain Services, including but not limited to settlement fees and on-ramp processing fees. All applicable fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent mandate limits or security controls
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Services
  • Use the Services in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, documentation, and trademarks, are owned by Arysen. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ARYSEN DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS ARE IRREVERSIBLE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE INHERENT RISKS OF USING CRYPTOGRAPHIC AND BLOCKCHAIN-BASED SYSTEMS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARYSEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
